EMF 5K and 10K

The 2013 10k and 5k races are now closed.

Date: Saturday 25th May 2013

Start time: The 10k will start at 9:00am. The 5k will start at 11:00am.

Price: There are various entry options, please click here to be taken to them. Entries may close early if the race reaches entry capacity.

Age: Entrants must be 15 years or older for the 10k and 11 years or older for the 5k.

Route: Starting and finishing near EMF Hub at Dynamic Earth this beautiful scenic route takes you around Holyrood Park in the heart of Edinburgh. The route offers stunning views of Edinburgh Castle and panoramic views of the city.

Entry Benefits: Each runner will receive a wicking technical finishers t-shirt, accurate chip timing, training plan, great medal, results posted on the website within 48 hrs, race recovery pack and a fantastic running experience.

Event Chip Timing
Timings for all races will be recorded using a chip timing system - your timing chip will be embedded into your running number.

Baggage
There will be a baggage drop off point available for runners at the start/finish area. This will be clearly marked in your final details documents and signage will guide you there on the morning of the race.

The Race Director and the Emergency Services reserve the right to stop the race at any time, if deemed necessary. These would be in circumstances beyond our control and no refunds would be given.
