EMF Shuttle Buses
We recommend you purchase shuttle bus tickets for the Full and Half Marathons and the Team Relay.
Shuttle Bus tickets are sold on a first come, first served
basis. Public transport from Musselburgh to Edinburgh is very limited and our shuttle buses are the quickest and easiest method of travel. Please note that there may be some tickets available on the day of the event however these will be significantly more expensive to purchase on the day if available.

Team Relay Runner
Leg One Runner: You will start at Regent Road (Location 3). When you arrive at Relay Changeover 1 (Location 7), the Reunion Area is a 15 minute walk away.
Leg Two Runner: Pick up location: Johnston Terrace (Location 2)
Destination: Relay Changeover 1 (Location 7). Bus Departure Time: 09:00 sharp
Leg Three Runner: Pick up location: Johnston Terrace (Location 2)
Destination: Relay Changeover 2/3 (Location 8). Bus Departure Time: 09:30 sharp
Leg Four Runner: Pick up location: Johnston Terrace (Location 2)
Destination: Relay Changeover 2/3 (Location 8). Bus Departure Time: Between 10:00am and 11:30am
For those of you finishing their legs at Relay Changeover 2/3, there will be a shuttle service transporting you to Wallyford Park & Ride (Location 9). This operates from 11:30 until 17:30. There will be a shuttle service available between 13:00 and 17:45 from Wallyford Park & Ride (Location 9) to Regent Road (Location 3). It is a 15 minute walk from the Reunion Area to the bus pick-up point at Wallyford Park & Ride (Location 9).
2 Journey Spectator P&R Shuttle
Journey: Straiton Park & Ride (Location 4) -> Sheriffhall Park & Ride (Location 5) -> Newcraighall Park & Ride (Location 6) -> Wallyford Park & Ride (Finish) (Location 9) and return
The service will be available on Race Day from 08:00 until 17:45 and suits runners and spectator of the Full Marathon, Half Marathon and Team Relay.
