'Hairy Haggis' Team Relay
ABOUT
The Edinburgh Marathon 'Hairy Haggis' Team Relay is a fantastic event with over 4000 runners (1,000 teams of 4) taking part each year. It is a great opportunity to be part of the excitement that is Edinburgh Marathon and you can also raise money for your chosen charity. Enjoy the Scottish bagpipers, rock bands and a host of on-route entertainment while you take in the scenery of Edinburgh and East Lothian.
The 'Hairy Haggis' Team Relay was introduced to give athletes of all abilities the opportunity to run along the same course of the marathon without having to run the 26.2 miles individually. Teams of four will run splitting the marathon distance between them with the longest leg about eight miles.
All relay team members will receive an ASICS technical t-shirt, medal and a goody bag. So come on, take YOUR part in the Edinburgh Marathon Hairy Haggis Team Relay.
