When entering the team relay event it is only the team captain's details that will be asked for initially. After the team captain's details have been entered on to the entry system the Team Captain will receive an email confirming the entry. The Team Captain can then add the other three members of his/her team by logging in to his/her My Details account and pressing the 'Administrate Team' link under the entry.
It is the Team Captain's responsibility to add the details of the other team members. You can do this by logging into your My Details account and pressing the 'Administrate Team' link under the entry. The Team Captain CANNOT BE CHANGED so please take this responsibility seriously. Details of all team members MUST be in the system by 30th April 2014. Please bare in mind that the minimum age for runners is 17 on race day. Runners aged 15 and 16 are eligible but must run legs 2 or 4 which are less than 10km. Again, it is the Team Captain's responsibility to ensure that all team members are of the correct age as the age criteria are set to comply with Scottish Athletics and UK Athletics rules for race organisers. These are put in place for the safety of younger runners.
Entrants will be posted out their running numbers in May 2014. All numbers will be posted to the Team Captain and it is their responsibility to hand these out to every member of the team. For UK runners, the address we have on our system on 1st March 2014 will be the address your race number is posted to in May 2014. Race numbers cannot be posted to a different address after this date.
